If I can't afford it... How may I apply for a scholarship?

You may contact us via our online form, email, or give us a ring.
Let us know if you need a full or partial scholarship. These will be available
on a first-come first-serve basis, and reviewed by our scholarship comittee.

Question 2

Are meals included in the price?  Dietary needs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, five meals are included in the cost. 
 
Yes, there is typically vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.  We ask that special requests, food allergies and dietary needs be emailed to: westsidemensretreat@gmail.com after registering.

Question 3

Is a sleeping bag suggested?  What to bring?

Accepted Answer

Everyone registered will receive a detailed itinerary (what to bring, updated schedule, etc.) two weeks before the the retreat begins. We will also post it on westsidemensretreat.com along with additional updates.

Question 4

How many people are you expecting?

Accepted Answer

We reserved for accommodations for up to 70 people.  We will be
able to upgrade and accommodate 20 additional people.  However, this will
be dependent on people registering early.

Question 5

May I reserve a bed, or request to be roommates with my friends?  How many people to each room?"

Accepted Answer

It's a  first come first reserve basis.  Therefore, arrive early and claim your beds.  There is about 6 to 8 people per room.

Question 6

What if I don't have a ride?

Accepted Answer

You should inform us via email, or phone.  We will be helping with car pooling and ride shares.  This will be arranged 30 days before the retreat.
